The need for website reform was to straighten and clarify the buying path of those interested in trainings. The customer had to be able to independently obtain comprehensive information about the courses and, if the purchase decision is advanced enough, also to register for the course independently. It was important to be able to clearly present the entire training offer, the thematic contents of the courses as well as the timetables and, above all, the top international trainers brought to Finland by Ari Hovi. There was a lot of information to offer about both the benefits of a data-driven organisation and the courses, and everything needed to be easy to adopt. The pages also had to lay the basis of marketing for the upcoming paid advertising activities.
The goals of the site were achieved by building the site with our own Kokku Elements theme for WordPress, which benefits from the reliable, open source features of WordPress. We customised the stylish elements of the site and used the Gravity Forms tool to build conversion points, such as a course registration form. Kokku Elements theme makes it easy to update the site’s content with drag ‘n’ drop elements.
The vast amount of information on the site was placed with careful UX design under various service, material, and course navigations and linked internally to take visitors smoothly from one topic to another. The necessary analytics tools were installed for marketing and site analysis. With comprehensive deployment training, the customer is ready to take advantage of their site.
